Requirements
🫵🏻 Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
🫵🏻 Proven experience as sales/customer service role will be added advantage
🫵🏻 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🫵🏻 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
🫵🏻 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
🫵🏻 Minimum Qualification (SPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree)
🫵🏻 5 Days of Working / Week . 8 Hours / Day

Responsibilities
💪🏻 Responsible in selling all U Mobile related products to customer
💪🏻 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product
💪🏻 Good attitude in serving the customer to reach customer’s satisfaction
💪🏻 Handling customer service related to U Mobile products
💪🏻 Going to roving / roadshow if required
💪🏻 Provide the best and suitable service based on customer’s wants
💪🏻 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
