Job Description

Responsibilities and duties:
πŸ‘πŸ» Assist sales team to manage phone calls and correspondence (text messages, emails, letters, packages etc.)
πŸ‘πŸ» Provide administrative support to sales team efficiently and independently.
πŸ‘πŸ» Facilitate the delivery orders and handle additional requests, and record all relevant info.
πŸ‘πŸ» Perform data entry.
πŸ‘πŸ» Perform filing, and develop and maintain a filing system (experience is not necessary but would be an advantage).
πŸ‘πŸ» Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed.
πŸ‘πŸ» Maintain daily checklist, sorting prescription.
πŸ‘πŸ» To perform tasks or assignments according to SOP or as directed by the management.

We are looking for:
πŸ’ͺ🏻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint & Excel will be an advantage).
πŸ’ͺ🏻 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
