How do I claim the warranty if the MiFi device I purchase from U Mobile is defective?
You may send your MiFi device to the device manufacturer’s service center for warranty claims.

No, you can use your own devices. Alternatively, if you do not have a device, you can purchase a MiFi device from U Mobile without a contract.

All unused quota will be forfeited at the end of your bill cycle, and your quota will be reset for the following bill cycle.
